About North Ayrshire Athletics Club (NAAC)

NAAC is suitable for all ages and abilities, although if competing nationally, children must be over the age of 9 to register with the Scottish Athletics Organisation.  The club’s specialised coaches cater for all field and track events including long jump, shot put, javelin, hammer, sprinting, long distance running and hurdles.  There is also a senior section, an adult jog club and a minis section.

The main club nights are (for ages 8 onwards, and after attending Club Access Programme):

Mondays: .6.00pm-7.30pm

Thursdays: 6.00pm-7.30pm

Cost:  Annual membership and monthly fees

Further sessions  take place by invitation.

 

The Club Access Programme (for ages 8 – 12, access to main club is via Club Access  Programme) train on:

Monday 5.00pm-6.00pm

                   or

Thursday 5.00pm-6.00pm

Cost:  £3.00 per session

The Minis train on a Sunday:

10.30am-11.30am (ages 3-7)

Cost: £3.00 per session

 

The Jog Scotland Group train on a Tuesday:

6.00pm-7.00pm

Cost: £2.50 per session (Block of 10 for £20 which includes T-Shirt)

 

Adults Only Session every Wednesday(Aged 16+)

7.30pm – 8.30pm

Cost: £3.00

 

The Senior Section train on a Thursday:

6.00pm-7.30pm

Cost: Annual membership fee 

 

Where?

Our sessions take place at the running track at K:A Campus St Matthew’s Academy, Off Jack’s Road, Saltcoats, North Ayrshire.
